How Do I.... Register With The Practice?

The practice is available for registration between the hours of 8.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday by calling at the surgery with your personal details. If possible please bring an up-to-date NHS medical card with all previous registration details. If you do not have the card we will supply you with the necessary forms.
AS a new patient you will be registered with the doctor who is taking new patients; if you want a specific doctor you must make us aware of this at the time of registration.
